
Cancellations or appointment changes made at least 24 hours in advance will allow our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated! Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
You are encouraged to handle your reschedule or cancellation so through Rosy, however, do not hesitate to text or call if having problems logging in.
A 10-minutegrace period is granted with every client! After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added for your appointment. after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you a subject to a charge of $35. If unable to receive payment, the fee will be added towards you next visit. No exceptions! Thank you in advance!

At Queen Goldie LLC, we source our hair to complete your order. All orders are considered custom made and undergo processing before shipment. Orders take approximately 14 business days from the time of order to receive.
**Please note: This does not apply to custom invoice orders, we will notify of the processing and shipping time before placing your order, and your invoice is sent to you.

Business days are Monday and Wednsday- Friday, excluding federal holidays. All orders placed over the weekend or Federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Order processing is completed in the order in which they are placed in our system. As we cannot expedite orders, please refer to our shipping page for approximate shipping & arrival times.

No. All items on QueenGoldie.com are in stock and available for purchase unless otherwise noted. Items cannot be reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is limited and therefore may sell out before your purchase is complete.
Using a credit card that does not belong to you or claiming an order was falsely placed on your behalf will result in an investigation and possible prosecution.

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 24 - 48 hours during regular business hours. Business hours are Monday and Wednesday- Friday 9 am - 6 pm CST. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during holidays and sales.
We understand that life happens. If your silk press or natural style starts to poof, or swell from the weather within 5 days of your appointment, please let me know. I will offer you a reservice, with shampoo included, upon my next available appointment. If your schedule permits your from making it in within 7 days of your initial appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the service.
This reservice policy does not apply if you have “sweated out” your hair from working out, clubbing, getting rained on, or any other at fault cause on your end.
